Fique Small Rug - Curiti

This small entry rug is hand woven by a family of artisans from the Santander region of Colombia. Woven in a vertical loom, it's hand knotted for two weeks and the result is a perfectly crafted geometric modern rug for outdoor and indoor spaces.

Fique is a Colombian fiber that comes from the family of agave plants and it's perfect for rug and basket weaving. It is resourceful and sustainable that needs very little water to grow, and does not need any fertilizers or pesticides making it naturally organic.
